About AU Broker Directory

An independent index of Australian mortgage, finance, insurance and property brokers - built so people can find someone to trust without wading through paid rankings.

Why this exists

Most "best broker" lists online are pay-to-play: brokers buy a spot, buy a badge, or buy their way out of a bad review. We built this directory the other way around. Every listing here is sourced from public business records and real Google reputation data - the same rating and review count anyone can see on Google Maps, brought together in one place and made searchable by name, suburb or phone number.

Brokers can't pay us for a better rank, a higher trust score, or to have a review removed. The Trust Score on every profile is calculated the same way for everyone, from the same public signals - it isn't a subjective opinion and it isn't for sale.

The goal is simple: help Australians looking for a mortgage broker, insurance broker or finance professional find one worth calling, based on what's actually publicly known about them.

Who built it

AU Broker Directory is designed and built by the AIEX Forward Deployed Engineering team - the applied engineering group at AIEX that ships production tools and data systems for real businesses, not just prototypes.

A work in progress

The directory currently covers thousands of brokers across mortgage & finance, insurance, real estate, business sales, asset finance, customs & freight, and wealth & investment. Listings are refreshed as better data becomes available, and any broker (or client) can flag a correction - see Contact.
